- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you work you cannot get an appointment. You have to phone after 8am for a morning appointment (I am working by 8) and you have to phone before 3 for an evening appointment (I am working by then). Although they show that they are open until 6pm the week, which I could make if I left work early, you cannot get an appointment for this time - and they are not open at weekends. Completely unhelpful and useless. If you book ahead of time you have to wait for weeks - I will just suffer then.by Sally ProutFebruary 14, 2017
