  The dentist and staff upstairs are fantastic but the receptionist has the biggest attitude i have ever seen, obviously hates her job and thinks all customers are a burden well thats they was she makes you feel whether it be face to face or over the phone. I'm not sure of her name but she has dark hair. i think her customer service skills are appalling. She will huff and puff with phone calls and acts like she does not want to help but she has to these type of people should work in a warehouse away from the public!! absolute disgusting!! It's a shame how she has made a review go from 5 stars to 2 stars which i would of reviewed it 5 had this woman not work there.
