- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely awful surgery, no proper patient care, practice nurse Karen is incompetent of doing her job properly, her new responsibilities since Dr Campbell retired have gone to her head, she cuts of phone conversations saying the person is being rude, which was complete nonsense in my case, I was in need of a spirometry test for a COPD diagnoses, but as I had sinusitis over the summer months was advised by her not to attend if I still had the illness, and now I'm told its my fault for not managing my own health properly, hence her telling me I'm rude and putting the phone down on me.
