- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The vets within the practice are great. The staff on reception are rude though, hung up on me and refused to let me know her name. Told me I was shouting down the phone. I had only called to cancel an appointment, not sure why I would have any reason to be rude or shout!
