- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Purchased a new dogs lead 4 weeks ago which started to fray ( see pic) Sullen assistant went to back of the shop to speak to absent manager and returned to inform us that if we didn't have the receipt they would not replace the faulty lead. Tried to explain that we lived 15 miles away and would hardly come specially to the store to dupe them of a £6 dog lead. The rigid unhelpful approach will mean we will never shop at a Jolleys store again.by John ParkerOctober 27, 2017
